Diagnostic/service call fees, parts, and shipping are not included.
This is not insurance, a warranty, or a traditional service contract.
You may cancel at any time through the customer portal or by contacting Xigent.
You have a 3-day right to cancel for a full refund.

Full Agreement Required

By enrolling, the customer agrees to the complete Tech Direct Club Membership Agreement, including eligibility requirements, exclusions, service limitations, arbitration provisions, and the attached Oregon consumer notices.
